「外務省、「口上書」の存在初めて認める」　News i - TBSの動画ニュースサイト →

北京の日本大使館移転問題をめぐり、外務省が「口上書」の存在を初めて認めました。

この問題は、北京に新築された日本大使館について、中国政府が「床面積オーバー」を理由に使用を認めてこなかったもので、ＪＮＮでは先月３１日、日本の外務省が、使用許可の代わりに、反対運動が起きている中国の在日公館の移転に協力することを文書で約束したとお伝えしました。

１日の自民党の外交部会で、外務省は、先月１９日付けで中国側に「口上書」を提出していたと初めて認めました。口上書には、「中国の在日公館建設については関連の国際法に従い、国内法令の範囲内で協力する」と書かれているとしています。

「あってはならないこと。うやむやに公館の設置について口上書のようなもので処理することがよくない」（自民党 新藤義孝 衆院議員）

自民党外交部会は、「口上書」の全文公開やさらなる経緯の説明を求めています。（01日18:05）
