パチンコ店をチェーン展開する計約４０の企業グループが、東京国税局などの一斉調査を受け、総額約１０００億円の申告漏れを指摘されたことがわかった。

　いずれも、東京都内のコンサルティング会社から、企業再編税制を使って損失を膨らませる新手の節税策を指南されていたが、国税当局は、租税回避行為にあたると判断した。こうした節税策への是正が明らかになるのは初めて。企業の再編を促す同税制を逆手に取った手法に、国税当局は厳しい姿勢を示した。

　申告漏れを指摘されたのは、首都圏を中心に約２０店のパチンコ店を運営するグループなど、東北から九州までの各地でパチンコ店を展開する計約４０グループ。それぞれ独立したグループだが、いずれも、税理士らが運営する都内のコンサルティング会社の顧客だった。
